For the safety of you and your information while net-surfing the great wild world, the following should be your unbreakable rules to live by:

  1. Your Operating System should always be up to date with the latest software and security patches. If your system cannot handle the latest version of the software you use everyday, then trash it, and get newer one that can. Yes–a new system might be a hassle, but not as bad a hassle as being arrested because some scumbag got your information and committed a crime in your name! It happens every day!
  2. You should ALWAYS use the most up to date internet software available that your system can handle to insure the latest security patches have been applied. If the software you use is not updated on a regular basis, uninstall it and find a newer better program to use.
  3. Never use the same password for ANYTHING! EVER! All modern browsers and operating systems have a password manager to remeber your passwords for you, use them if need be; protect the password with one nasty password, and let it manage your regular password for yahoo or whatever.

First Coast Miata Club Minimum Site Requirements

The site is coded using the latest CSS, AJAX, Flash, and Video techniques. Therefore the site should degrade gracefully on systems with less than the requirements listed below.

While we have worked diligently to accommodate the widest range of possible users, we cannot account for every possible system, and performance may vary depending on the state of your machine (infected with SpyWare?), software used, and other contributing factors such poor video card performance and other hardware issues.
